Andrew W. Chambers
Andrew W. Chambers earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Mississippi in 2009. While an undergraduate student at the University of Mississippi, Mr. Chambers worked for several real estate developers specializing in single-family residential homes and multi-family developments.
After graduation, Mr. Chambers worked at Lewis Realty Advisors, a real estate appraisal firm. While at Lewis Realty, Mr. Chambers’ assignments included analysis of sales, cost, and income for commercial, residential, and industrial properties. Mr. Chambers valued properties for numerous purposes, including litigation, condemnation, and estate tax planning. He valued large portfolios for estate planning and ad valorem tax litigation. Specific assignments included performing absorption and discounted cash flow analyses of single-family residential developments, as well as large commercial portfolios.
Mr. Chambers joined Davis/Chambers & Company in December 2012. He is now enrolled at Rice University pursuing his MBA at the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business
